When we operate the slitting line, we can't ignore the safety.

How to achieve safe production, we need to start from the following 6 points:

1. When the slitting line starts up, first select positive and negative rotation after open emergency stop. During operation, we cann’t choose positive and negative rotation, but stop the shearing machine first. Be sure to turn on the fan first, then start the main engine. If the order is wrong, there is the possibility of damage to electrical appliances.

2. After the slitting line has been in long time use, check whether the screw is loose or not, if loose, tighten it with a wrench. If meet professional problem, must ask professional personnel to deal with or inquire.

3. Pay attention to the maintenance of the slitting line, Add butter once a month wherever there is a butter-tip. Mainly for lubrication of bearings. Pay attention to the cleaning of the roller surface. No welding slag, short sheet material or other things are allowed to fall into the roller to avoid damage to the leveling roller.

4. When the slitting line is inspected, repaired or refueled, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply of the machine is completely cut off. When you start up, pay attention to whether someone is too close to the machine or not.

5. The slitting line operator shall coordinate with the feeder when operating on the operation panel. In case of run away speed, turn off the power immediately and the operator shall not be less than three persons.

6. Set up safety consciousness, pay attention to personal safety. All rotation part should not allowed to close. When the steel plate goes into the slitting machine, people's clothes or hands and so on don’t get too close to the roller.
